QUOTE(Cubalagi @ May 13 2020, 11:15 AM) For bursa it won't be auto delisted. It will have to go to process of PN16 or PN17, where company is given deadline to restructure or buy new assets. but in this case, the stock price doesn't reflect the company's financial, no? Alternatively the company can voluntary delist itself and offer to buy the remaining public shares. If the company is still healthy, still need to get delisted? |

QUOTE(Cubalagi @ May 13 2020, 11:20 AM) As I said there is no auto delisting. Ok, I see. Thanks. For eg Bursa don't allow cash company to be listed with no business for long. So they give deadline for the company to buy some assets. But if company has business and financially healthy as u said, and trading a 1 sen. BBB.. 😆 I'm just wondering if property stocks in m'sia can drop until RM 0.01. |

QUOTE(Vanguard 2015 @ Jun 4 2020, 02:41 PM) I just sold off all my stocks in Public Bank this morning for a small profit. all PBB? Why?Now monitoring my crazy gains in Adventa, Careplus, Comfort, Ruberex and Supermax which I bought this morning. I have to keep reminding myself that this is nothing to do with my trading skills which is zero. I am not a chartist. It is just that the market has gone crazy. |

Is it a good time to pick up some Malaysian property stocks now?
Like MahSing, SPSetia, IOI etc. SPSetia looks quite low from its previous high before covid. |
