Haih... the only reason I choose Uber instead of Grabcar was because of cashless payment.

Now... I have to worry about change. 

All drivers should offline this cash testing week.

What was Uber Malaysia thinking? Of themselves only.

Some more they threaten to deactivate your account if you don't undergo the online training.

Uber's system will round it up to the next whole amount.

System won't round up. According to Uber staff told me, you need to collect:
1. RM 3.30 exact amount, no change for him/her
OR
2. RM 4.00 exact amount, change may needed if he pay RM5 or RM10 or RM20 or RM50

Riders / Partners apps WON'T round up to RM 4.00 to show on your screen.

Edit: If CASH Riders complain why need to round up, show him/her this screenshots.

The screenshots I show you is round UP to nearest ringgit. Not round DOWN.
If last week your fare + GH everything is RM 20.00 - 25% Uber Fee = RM 15.00
If you round DOWN, you are making LOSS.

Not ask them to cancel request. Is ask them whether they are OK of waiting.

If customer cannot wait, they would normally cancel the request themselves.

If customer insist to wait and you don't want, cancel it on your own.

I'd say it's the spot you're camping at. Uber KLIA don't have the FIFO queue yet, so you can camp for hours over there if your camping spot sucks.

logic test - easy if you study the textbook before take exam
driving test - Drive S shape and pass the cones in between... no problem at all...
on the road test - how to pass this test? u know i know lar.. hehehee...

if i remember correctly, PSV license charges is more or less same as normal driving license...

by the way, for PSV, every year need to go clinic for simple health check and go JPJ renew PSV...
not like normal driving license can renew up to 5 years at post office.

To reduce the waiting time. Uber app got new feature to assign new rider request when partner almost completing the trip. May refer to the screen shot for explanation. It happen quite often in KL CSA

Suggest to accept all the trip request while still on the trip.
(Rider will get notified if the partner assigned still on trip.Total ETA will be time to complete the trip + time to arrive pickup location)
Probably the rider will cancel the request if they can't wait that long.

if incentives (the colored block), then its 55% (Tier2) / 75% (Tier1) must be picked up at CSA
if you duncare at all. then just drive lor wherever you at.

one of my referrals just started monday, up to date (3 days) he got about rm300+, hes a partimer as well.

Recently I heard Grab's incentives are much better than Uber i heard. But most drivers now handle both.

My question here is: no conflict of interest ka do like this?
