What is the chances of getting the loan approved if he/she apply for a new loan?
I guess they have to bear for a certain time until get a new job then can refinance to get a better rate.

Hurm, last time when I was with a manufacturing company the loan must be applied personally by the employee to the bank. If approved then company will issue a letter saying that they will cover the interest rate. So it is called 0 interest loan by the company. So whenever an employee resigned, there is no issue about the loan. The company will retract the coverage and the employee will continue to serve the full loan.

I don't know how Petronas do it but if the employee kena retrench, then summore need to apply new loan while don't have any employment, memang gila laa..

want to ask. is it possible HR offers us for a position by finding our profile from linkedin? and is it proper to add HR as our connection in linkedin for networking purpose even we do not know them in person?

I heard the cut is by May they will be out from NOC. Feel sorry to alot of folks. Everyone was thinking NOC would be the safest company to work with.. turns out its much worse than the rest.

I think the only one that still retain all staff is Exxon.
