Is there a way to convert a .rm file to .avi? I don't want VCD

Ah, ignore my question. I found the solution already.
I am now using winavi. I converted .rm files to divx, then used virtualdub to export to .bmp files. Next, I used PIXresizer to mass convert bmp files to gif. Lastly I used gimp to make the animation.
