Price look attractive for me as range in 320k-600k.

Did some searching and only found this info...and from the same FB page can see another design for Cyberjaya project. Wonder if it will materialise...concept always looks good but when they see oversupply..

Price wise still consider cheap compared to other competitor...

RM 290k+ Fully furnished
tamarind suite as far as i know, pretty much sold out, unless developer decided to release another block
I think they are holding another block for own use now, not sure in future

but the tamarind effect maybe pushing price the surroundings including this project

Definitely more than 20k students
Limkokwing alone has 9.5k students in 2013

Also cyberjaya is silicon valley of malaysia

Erm....not sure what ur too happy about..I'm talking about the large incoming supply of small units in cyberjaya that will put pressure on the rental cause I don't see the demand increasing by that much...

Btw...I own a duplex unit in cyberjaya as well..hence the concern..

It will then open from 10am to 8pm

Some updates and basic info:
Block A: A1 and A2 (not launched yet, but confirmed 10% price increase)
Block B: B1 (>95% sold out) and B2 (>60% sold out)
Move in condition and with min 1 carpark

Remaining units for example 450sqft now starting @ RM 270k+
Rental yield for studio pretty high, can check on website

A proposed mall is confirmed to located beside the project

This contractor listed down their past projects
IOI used a few contractors

But.. this company is doing Conezion, lets see hows the workmanship

Everyone will have their own opinions. What we do is to present facts and our analysis.

Well since this is a forum, there's no right to stop what ppl saying.

At the end of the day, if ppl don't like they won't buy; if ppl think it is an opportunity, ppl will buy. I believe good investors will know what is wrong and right.

Well at least the updates I have now is the number of available units very limited.
Quite number of buyers buying for own-stay. Mainly young working couples.
Some buyers working in Mont Kiara/PJ also buying for own-stay. Reason is affordable.

As long as theres no confirmation of prices and official launch date hard to believe...

even lakepoint residence as informed by roy 1k sqft condo will sell starting at 450-500k price starting point
and their landed is among the cheapest launch below 1 mil back then..

theres another service apartment by setia haruman under Westlink...so far holding off launches until now...

rumoured 850squarefeet price range around 350-380k...

Feedback from buyers are they like this location because its not too close to student area (Not that Cyberjaya is big to begin with)
And mind that, quite a lot actually buying for own-stay

The proposed is actually a big plus for them, while still keep away some distance from student area
Also with next phase gonna + 10% in price, you can say those who bought this phase now already appreciate in value

I've search for news on it but no where I can find news of Mydin expanding in cyberjaya. All I see is they r expanding elsewhere especially east malaysia.

I guess they will not focus here at the moment. At least few more years to see critical mass population wf more project handover

most people said cyberjaya ghost town, not good for long term investment, oversupply etc2,
but still i sign snp already haha, nothing come cheap and risk free i suppose.

Well i bought a unit in block A1, about 400k i think minus this and that.

My honest opinion cyberjaya can go up, but im buying for my own stay since i work here.

Rental or whatever doesnt concern as much for me. 600sf is the new norm in malaysia.
We have to deal with it, besides its my first purchase I can just buy another one if I dont like it.

Think positive of things, dont worry so much.

The arc is high density and looks like a flat IMO
But if early entry at the right price, can be good I suppose

What? 30+% rebate? For office space I think there are too many supply in cyberjaya. Cybersquare, third avenue, skypark, tamarind sq, star sentral, radius, galleria, centrus, etc. All still have plenty of unoccupied lots or will be VP soon. And there's more space around which I didn't mention. Do u think there will be such high demand when Kenwingston is ready?

Guys, I've recently received a letter from developer to pay the RM900+RM10 electricity deposit for TNB. IMHO, it's a bit steep even for a commercial unit. Other projects of similar size pays only around RM500.

Any KSG owners here?

Hi, I am one of the 450sqft buyer, I do paid rm980 and just received letter for key collection, still a bit blur here on what to do, the PIC contacted me yesterday telling that my outstanding about rm400 plus already contra with the 5k cash rebate. Anyone has collect key and do inspection?? I schedule to go by end of February

I didn't have the outstanding issue. But when I called the rep, she said key collection only starts on 12 Feb onwards. I scheduled mine on the 16th biggrin.gif

Wow u manage to get an early slot, I only can get 24 Feb slot. Please share if there's anything u think of can share hehe. I'm taking the GRR scheme so not sure when the GRR would start since the completion is 9 months earlier than scheduled.

I actually renting here, words are it has become the ghetto of cyberjaya.

Just last week we got notice from the management telling us they are aware of prostitution, drug dealing and overstaying activities.

Last 2 days, if I'm not mistaken there were 2 officers hiding at the second floor parking lot overseeing the entrance, maybe to spy?

Quite interesting haha
