- Rental war, because villagers and DBKL staff got these houses for free/cheaper, they will rent out for very low price, so, it will be difficult for normal buyers to compete.
- Maintenance will be really bad as majority of villagers and DBKL staff tend not to pay maintenance fees.
- Majority of Villagers and DBKL staff have a house already, they will rent out houses from these developments to students, this area will be conquered by student, not family type, so capital appreciation will be really really bad.
AVOID THESE DEVELOPMENTS (VISTA WIRAJAYA 1&2 AND PV9) AT ALL COST.

Hahaha u very funny are u saying that buying pv9 will ensure ur success? U must be 1 of those sales agent.

Everyone know this condo will be left unmaintaned in future especially when the buyers mostly are b40 and lower m40. I have lived around this area for more thab 30years. Becareful if u want to rent this unit, coz there are like 10 more condos gonna be built around that area. Behind pv9 is another kampung that will be teared down to built another condo. Its gonna be very high density area. M3 mall condo which is 500m from pv9 also not able to fully sell/rent.
