not sure will tarc student choose here as food option is so limited especially chinese food, the only pro is just next to tarc only

Seems like there is no nearest access walk to the LRT station.
Refer the video, guardhouse is at the other side of the road. Further hundreds meter walk which defeats the purpose altogether. |

VP soon. DBKL staff will occupy this area soon and rent out to TARUC students and no maintenance will be paid.
