The Estate 8xx psf for Bangsar South, not the real Bangsar. Mont Kiara can get 7xx psf, food for thought!
Pros: 1) The Estate - Nice name 2) Gallery - Done professionally, from flow of presentation to the location opposite BSC
Cons: 1) Surrounding neighborhood, low cost flats and mid landed homes 2) 8xx psf
