not much track record on high-rise development.
from the map, looks like a bit far to walk to kerinchi lrt,
not sure about others..
this part of kerinchi is freehold, yes?

My colleague just bought. Didn't manage to get much detail from her, but she said about 650 psf, total size about 2,500 sq ft. These are just estimate as she cannot remember, her husband kautim everything. Got to know many sold to friends and through recommendation before launch. Car park at least 2 (or 3 as again she cannot remember). Due to complete about 2020
