The upcoming KL Gateway Mall will attempt to improve the traffic flow.
(note: not to say can improve traffic overnight but improving the flow as many cars/bikes are parked alongside and many vehicles stop for the gerai-gerai).

The size factor and if not mistaken, there is a Cafe for lease that might help subsidise the maintenance fees.
