Hi i am currently looking to upgrade my current TV.

Current TV:
Model: Panasonic Viera TH-L32X50K
Size: 32-inch
Resolution: 1080p

Other spec not sure since even uncle Gugel didn't give a lot of clear results for this model. Too old I guess  tongue.gif

Use case:
1. Gaming - open-world types (Red Dead Redemption, No Mans Sky) and FPS (Battlebit, Apex Legends)
2. Media consumption - movies, internet browsing, Youtube

Gunning for:
1. Visuals - for movies and cinematic views. If possible would like to graduate from 1080p. 2K is a good minimum for me. If can get 4K even better (tho read somewhere not recommend 4k on 32-inch coz cant fully appreciate....)
2. Performance - since I play FPS as well, would like to have good refresh rate as well, at least higher than 60Hz.
3. If it helps, I am also using MSI RTX3060Ti Ventus 2X OC - so would like to harness its capabilities as well.
4. Budget: Can consider up to RM3k.

Want newer 32-inch TV but can't seem to find much. So, at most can go up to 42-inch only coz of space.

Aiming for the LG C2 42-inch (yes, more than RM3k but it seems a perfect fit biggrin.gif ) but cannot seem to find anywhere. Anyone know where to buy?

also appreciate if can recommend 32-inch TVs as well.

Thanks

Main question, how small exactly is your room?

The perfect scenario is go for 48/55 inch Oled TV if you are a gamer.

However. if your room can only fit with 32/42 inch display device, then you should just choose monitor instead of TV. There's plenty of 32-42 inch 4K monitors out there. IPS, VA, Oled. Do some researches based on your budget. If you want me to suggest. So far, IMO, the best 4K 32 inch gaming monitor is Gigabyte M32U (fast IPS), slightly more than RM3K. I am using one right now, and I am quite satisfied with it. Of course, Oled monitor (more than RM4K) would be always better in term of gaming, but that's already out of your budget. The smallest oled monitor (27 inch) is around RM4300-4800 depends on brand.

Oh and who said 4k on 32-inch can't fully appreciate? LOL. It's totally absurd. In fact, 4K + 32 inch is the golden standard in gaming monitor world.

The best combination are 24inch + 1080p , 27inch + 2k , 32inch + 4k
