I personally do not like Sony's ABL algorithm, it's quite aggressive. That said, RM8k for a 65" OLED is a very good price. Cheapest I've seen a 65" C8 is RM9.5k.

Hi Guys, as we know now netflix 4k streaming service has some titles with Dolby vision and atmos. Im having a full set 5.1.2 dobly atmos sound system setup with denon avr. Im using LG Oled B6 as tv. The issue I have is trying to play netflix both that supports DVision and DAtmos.

1. If Im using the LG webOS netflix app. Yes i have DVision but the TV doesnt passthrough DAtmos to my Denon x1300w AVR. Tested using optical sound link.

2. If I buy the latest Apple TV 4k and use its netflix. Im sure my AVR will able to play DAtmos, but anyone can advise if my LG B6 will able to receive DVision from the Apple TV 4K via my AVR?

Wondering if its my LG B6 limitation not able to support DAtmos when using LG webOS, and not able to receive DVision signal when the source is from the latest APTV4K.

Hi all, recently i just got a C8 55 tv. I'm not used to see HDR content. So when i play God of war on ps4 (not pro) with HDR on, i kinda feel like having motion sickness. The settings i set based on rtings one.

Would like to ask is this issue will go away if i see more of HDR content, or maybe my room not so bright? i'm usually on dim lighting

Display unit only haha. As long they give warranty and no burn in then should be ok. I’m eyeing for 2nd hand unit as well and this is the cheapest c8 i found.

Anyone know how to increase detail highlights in dark scene? Im using LG C8. I found dark scene is too dark

Thanks for your reply. Sigh ... I'll keep testing these few days and if it still sucks, will have to get myself a long network cable to improve things.

I have tried it via a mate 10 to LG C7 and it worked for me. Tested and it works on the P30Pro and LG C7 as well.
