Applied on the 16th. No update until today, I call them, said card approved on the 25th. Card sent out on the 28th or 29th, ask me to wait until next week to get the card. Wow, they use posbasikal, even normal post malaysia doesn't take 1 week to deliver.

New to VOX. Would like to ask the limit of RM50 per month is reset on the first of each month or from my statement date?
