Hi if i insist for cancellation. Should i need to pay the AF ?
Currently AF appears on my Mar'16 statement and i'm still using the cc and there definitely have bills for Apr'16 statement.

He said AF will free for 2years for uob one plat... He also offered that supp card will be free too. Can this guy be trusted?

I have an unauthorized wallet fund adding transaction done in PSN for RM500 via my linked paypal account which linked to VOX. I quickly change my PSN password and call PSN customer service to open the case for a refund. This will take them 3-5 working days.

So my question is, will this RM500 used up my Apr cashback quota? Apr cashback is pay by 28 May, so as long as the RM500 is refunded by 30 Apr I believe the RM500 will not block my quota, right?

If the RM500 refund on May, in my June posting will they deduct RM25 from my cashback?

thanks, probably still better than collecting TPs using M2C Amex. hard to accumulate more points for future redemption. direct 0.3% cb is still better, imo.

I believe the first call was with CS while the retention department called you, they are the only one who can offer you AF waiver, not CS.

So CS can waive for you? Can they offer 0% BT too? I remember last time the retention department offered me AF waiver and 0% BT.

last time they didt waive my AF, i was quite besong about it

but i still have uniringgit inside, so just used it until next year, if they didt waive for me again, will terminate it since i have VOX already

Let's have a healthy discussion here as it is not always to hear something from the CC sales side.

I believe sales staffs are aware that there is always possibility when they provide extra gift from their own pocket to bump up sales. Personally, I have even been told by sales staff that I can cut the card if I don't want to use it.

Perhaps, instead of offering gifts, you guys feedback to the product department on offering attractive cards, and marketing department on ways to attract customers.

how i wish you post ur comment much earlier... can apply VOX card from u... rather give sales to forumer here than the tele-marketer who sound not so friendly...
