I really recommend you EU version, why? because of Malaysia is under the service of EU Region, getting NA(US) version is very hard, and often very expensive to get unless underground connection, also you may face problem in future when you want to buy expansion and or policy change where the NA region does not accept our Credit Card/Debit Card.

As of now, if you can't find physical box/cd anywhere in your local retailer or in lowyat garage; below are the two website you can get just the Game Key. (the game key for pc only, but game time card can use for ps4)

But.. don't paying in EU region is expansive?

Yes, is true, i wont lie, but for safety sake and experience from my self and others, better take EU version unless you frequent back and forth between US and MY, this is recommended for your credit card issues, perhaps.
