Papy officially joined Werder Bremen on loan. So are we bringing in a CB? or Iva will be 4th choice CB? hmm.gif

Nono, Iva always be the first choice
I bet we'll see his name in starting 11 vs ars
*
Yea. First choice RB. But now we only have 3 natural CB. JT, Cahill and Zouma. If 2 CB suspended, who gonna be 4th choice. I think shud b Iva. laugh.gif

The Daily Mirror reports the Dutchman is eager to test himself at the top level in the Premier League and thinks Hiddink can have a big impact.

Koeman said: "If Guus puts a good word in for me, that would be a big influence."

The 52-year-old Saints boss has had success with Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord in his homeland, winning multiple Eredivisie titles.

He told Dutch radio: "It is certainly something that I always have at the back of my mind.

"I always want to achieve the highest possible level. That has happened in Holland and that's what I'd really like to achieve abroad."

sos tomato

thoughts?

His first season in S'ton was good. Partly due to the team spine left by Pochettino imho. His 2nd season in S'ton is not going on very well after he made several signings that he wants.

I prefer Pochettino over Koeman. Just look at Spurs this season, and how Pochettino keeps his faith in youngsters like Alli and Dier.

pochetiino definitely better, with youth blending themselves into the team.
*
Yea. The team that Pochettino manages always got youth breakthru into first team. In S'ton, they have players like Clyne, Chambers. Now in Spurs, Pochettino give chances to youth like Alli, Mason, Bentaleb.

I think Pochettino can work wonders with RLC, Kennedy and Bamford. drool.gif

hahah. I agree with u too. Not too keen on Mark Hughes. But those youtubers said Hughes' time at Man City was not enough for him to win something. So he deserve a big job. laugh.gif

Mikel + Matic? Isn't this the pivot partner we used in previous game? Too defensive and not gud result. sweat.gif

Really hope Matic can regain his form and touches in this important derby match.

I was hoping for Ramires to start, what does he need to do to get a start under Hiddink? I think he might be useful in pivot against Ozil. A runner to harass Ozil through out the game. not giving Ozil the space and time to pick a pass. Hope Hiddink knows better. flex.gif

Anyone watched the HT discussion?they zoomed in on costa's ankle and there was definitely contact, perfect decision from the ref. Hope that can lessen the level of butthurt from our neighbours. Wishful thinking but yea

Not a fan of our slow-mo attacking when we have possession as I think we definitely need a second goal to really make the game safe. Arsenal just need a goal and we’ll start panicking in no time. Guus needs to use our subs wisely as well. Wouldn't mind oscar brought off for eden or RLC.
*
And also the slow mo show Per looking at the linesman for an offside, then lunged at Costa. Definitely foul. He was half hearted to appeal for offside n tackle. And he committed to the tackle.
