the only think that will change my mind will be if Guus want to bring more youth in..then I want him to stay pass this season.

Guus for one more season would be okay la, but I'm worried that maybe our transfer targets won't want to come to play under Guus because he is not seen as a long term managerial prospect for them.

Plus I'm sure Roman would want a big name manager because he wants to compete with our rivals etc....Citeh - Pep/ Arsenal - Whinger/ Man U - Mourinho/ Liv - Klopp. No offense to Guus (Done a great job so far as the Interim), but I can't see top players wanting to join us to play under him next season. He doesn't strike me as a world class manager or a ''winner'' Just a decent short term manager to control a team that are in a crisis, his calmness attitude is his biggest asset as a Manager.

Allegri or Conte would be the ideal manager for us, I welcome the change of direction in our club if we were to appoint one of them as our long term manager. I feel like Simeone's managerial style is too close with Mou, plus he is controversy af.

agree on the point on Guus. however, we also have nothing to offer to incoming player. we can only be in next season CL if we win the competition this year. we might probably lose in the Europa placement as well. we can argue this season might happen once in a blue moon and won't happen again next season. but still, next season is only for domestic campaign.
