Corner (3035sqft) RM490k (Not included 5% discount) - Show House.

Phase 2 [Single Storey]
Intermediate house with 9% discount = RM304850
Corner house with 9% discount = RM389480


Have question can developer increase the phase 1 price till 360k???

Yes I did. My lawyer is Alan Tan & Lee. Was introduced through my agent.

No, the developer didn't charge me anything extra so far.

What did they charge you? You delayed any payment or something?

There was delay in producing sufficient document to Financier by Lawyer... So the developer charged us 5k... now im asking for explanation from the lawyer, they are not answering our calls and not replying our emails. When last year i contacted the lawyer, they will request developer to waive the charges. But until now, no action...

oh sorry about your situation. Who suggested this lawyer to you? by the developer or thru agent?
It's better to go and confront the lawyer themselves, or if possible try to compile some evidences and lodge a report.

I was told by end of this year. The building, interior, etc all is done. Pending is sewage, road, drainage, landscaping works yet to be completed.
I cross checked the actual site development and my progress payment invoice, so far all is going smooth.

Are you referring to development by Horizon L&L ? Is it Horizon Livia, double story house ? The finishes so-so only. Tiling without skirting, staircase look ugly and dangerous with sharp edges. The window and door frame also difference with earlier design. Change design during construction.

Is the project actually completed yet? Never heard of this developer, is it a subsidiary of a bigger company?
