i order on saturday, i received it on wednesday (same week)

for ur case, u need to minus raya holiday. assuming minus holiday, your order only checked last monday. so it's been only 3 days++

and bear in mind, i'm just the lucky one to receive it early. gemfive are well known for slow delivery (but u will still get ur item)

the best u can do now is contact the seller directly and ask your status

we had a same issue the the Gemfive ts, he only posted 4 comments, people were not happy with the state of the tread, eventually the ts stepped down and someone else took over and doing a much better job with frequent updates.
