hey guys, i was wondering does vaping have any direct effect on the body ? particularly Blood glucose levels ?

As a T1 diabetic who uses a CGMS ... I see no effects from vaping on my BG levels.

Depends on which setup I'm using but yeah at least a tank or 2 a day.

Is it ok to dry burn SS coil? Seems its quite hard to revome gunk by brushing and scraping

been using ss136l at first i thought it cant be dry burnt but after stumbling a few videos and searching on it ss can be dry burnt and it can even be used on power mode (non TC) unlike Ti which can oxidize and be harmful on inhaling.

Neither, using the bastard wismec rulo.. Lol.. When it get misbehaving, it reads the temp start from 100+ celcius, hence it will hit temp protect in no time, so can't even vape.. Lol

have u read this? what gauge u using its hard to get 30 or above here and dont be so mean even a bastard deserved some loving lol

vape wont effect your glucose level...
the only side effect was some people had very small chance sensitive to PG,which can cause muscle cramp and tingling feel,which is not really a big problem if that don't bother you.
if you dint feel anything then nothing worry about.
nicotine wise,it have same cigarette effect,heart pump faster,dizziness if consume too much.

i start with doing both smoke and vape too.
just force yourself to stop smoke,dont buy cig,throw away your lighter.
at 1st week after i stop smoking,im still craving for cig,that's normal,all you need to do is to force yourself,its not that hard trust me,just vape your favorite juice.
after 3 week,i bet you won't craving for cig anymore,altho sometime im still think of smoking cig,but i can just ignore that by vaping easily.
it's been months now i had quit smoking,feel so great. my room is finally smell so good now,no more smelly cig odor...
trust yourself as i trusted in you that you can do it. welcome to vape family,smoking is dead vape is the future...

wow bro, congrats on quitting smoking. honestly, i feel alot of people has been vaping to quit ciggys but eventually they crave for it and most give in to it

true true true,maybe people are misguided,people though vape is a magic tool,but it is not,we still need have to force ourself to stop smoking.
but all i can say is,vape really make it really alot easier to quit smoking.cuz i had tried quit smoking few years ago twice,but fail and its just too hard for me,i even had tried the nicotine patch. and that time din't know about vaping yet.
i had another friend who are a heavy smoker just like me, he manage to quit both smoke and vape,kudos for him but few other had fail,went back to cig i asked why,they said because vaping is time consuming,need to fine tune,rebuild,rewick. but for me,this is art,it's kinda fun when building or even troubleshooting some problem

I went to Vapex "International" just now, the crowd wasn't as good as last time. Variety of booths is getting lesser and lesser. Prices are just slightly below market. And worst part was that I got sexually harassed by a female promoter who grabbed my ass and asked me try her brand's juice. Like wtf I didn't know if I was going for a vape event or a pornhub festival after that moment. (I'm not gay, she wasn't appealing)

1-2 packs Dunhill red a day and now down to 4 days a pack. Still cant kick that Dunhill feel after a meal. Im in the phase where i feel like a cig but when i smoke, i only smoke half of the normal drags and takes it out. Im hoping to go 100% soon.

thats a useful read, exactly the issues i described previously, changing tank will makes it mad..

will try the dummy atty trick, as i have an unused dripper.. my setting currently is 0.08ohm 40W 180celcius.. the ohm is ridiculously low, using triple SS coil of tfv3 and i can't get it higher than this because the small space to put the coil in (not to mention it is the hardest to build for me so far).. it is now working well as long as i don't change atty, and haven't recoil since a day ago.
