I know a friend who failed accounting degree, every subject failed for 1st year.

then he switched to Marketing degree, he is ok

years later he is a director at a MNC co

Perhaps you want to re-examine whether your studies technique is right. Right here is in context of your self.
Look at things objectively like what is expected of your course.
Explore diff techniques that most suits you (peer discussion, self study, rote learning, mind maps, etc)
Failure is not the end. Giving up is.
