I own an intermediate unit since last year. Recently, there have been some land clearing activities by TPPT Sdn. Bhd. and it seems that Gamuda had already started to 'turun padang' with their upcoming township:

I'm still perplexed as to why many others are still looking to buy in Rawang whereby this place is much more nearer to KL & PJ and additionally, a new interchange is also under construction by TPPT Sdn. Bhd. which connects this property directly to the new interchange, which subsequently connects directly to the PLUS Rawang Selatan toll (Skipping the LATAR toll)!
