QUOTE(sunshine-kc @ Jan 12 2016, 07:21 PM) This is not LED. And has a shorter lifespan. Consume more electricity too. Had many of this previously. Now all changed to LED. 5w, 7 or 9w type. Not cheap though. But previously had to change Bulbs regularly and pretty hot nad high electricity bill. No the one in the picture is halogen bulbs but I'm using this same Philips holder with LED MR16 bulbs. I'm using Philips 7 watt bulb. Bulb, holder and transformer all cost about Rm100 each set

QUOTE(lightbulk @ Jan 12 2016, 07:36 PM) Im using same lighting as u in my living and dining area. it makes my interior looks more expensive then it is. i really like it. i bought it from philips (LED light bulb) cost about RM55 per piece only. my advice to others, dun buy 'no brand' LED bulb. philips can last for few yrs.. 'no brand' got to change it every yr. Yup agree with you. My apartment using this Philips LED 7w. Even the transformer/driver using Philips Driver = Philips ET-E10 MR16 LED - MASTER LED 7-50W 4000K MR16 24D/36D Dim http://www.lighting.philips.com/main/prof/...7508_EU/productHolder = QBS027 http://www.lighting.philips.com/main/prof/...0269_EU/productThis post has been edited by idoblu: Jul 9 2017, 09:36 AM

My indon installer go and bundle up the wires and was about to tie wrap it. That's why you see that the cable is not running smooth and rounded. I had to " straighten" it out and bend it accordingly but it's very difficult since the table is in the way. Suppose to look like this lol - Kitchen cabinet from signature is about 9k using acrylic. Caesarstone Quartz is another 9k Sink is a Blanco Dalago 45.

QUOTE(parsona @ Jan 13 2016, 01:10 AM) Actually why didn't you choose GU10 instead of MR16? No need transformer/driver. Many reasons. My track light using MR16 so GU10 is not going to work. I prefer separate driver and led. GU10 have buildin driver. Once rosak have to throw the whole thing. Separate driver for MR16 only cost less than Rm10 Their size is not standard and most wont fit your light fixtures properly due to their size. One more thing, I prefer changing a bad MR16 using 12v than to touch a GU10 using 240v 😅 This post has been edited by idoblu: Jan 13 2016, 07:55 AM

QUOTE(idoblu @ Jan 12 2016, 05:09 PM) Dunno if you can see the effect here. This is what I mean by "pools of light". Some spots are darker. Obviously this is not everyone's cup of tea. Most prefer bright even lighting. Pools of light creates more atmosphere I guess Hi bro..may i know what's the distance between two eyeball at your entrance ? Planning something similar 😉

QUOTE(zzzhhhzzz @ Feb 15 2016, 09:10 AM) Hi bro..may i know what's the distance between two eyeball at your entrance ? Planning something similar 😉 you have to measure your own space and divide. mine is not equally divided due to i have a counter top at one side, a wall and a door. I need each sections to be lit so I place the leds in the center of these. it range from 2.5ft to 3.5ft This post has been edited by idoblu: Feb 15 2016, 11:13 AM

QUOTE(zzzhhhzzz @ Jan 12 2016, 04:37 PM) Attached a new pic. It also come in a single bulb version and can tilt. How do you find the spotlight bulb ? is it bright enough for the living hall ? Aesthetic i think it looks cooler to the ceiling though I like this light design. Looks modern. But i couldn't find any from nearby lighting shop. Any recommend? And how is the feedback?
