 laptop no sound! need help, no sound

my laptop suddenly show this message and now no more sound already. need help in urgent please cry.gif

issue happen on windows 10

i goes to device manager uninstall the driver and restart let it auto reinstall also not working

Nw i reinstall the driver from disk given upon purchase then gt sound already but still pop out audio enhancement need to disable

I don't wan update windows cause some issue ~btw if wan update driver i can ask from manufacturer for the latest driver?

The sound problem i think is solve now having another problem,normally i using cable for internet just nw realise that my airplane mode cant be turn off so i cant use wifi~i click disable on notification and even in the setting also cant disable it~any solution?

f Airplane mode is enabled on your laptop and you can't turn it off because the switch is grayed out, check that there's no physical wireless On/Off switch on the device.

If there is a physical wireless switch, and it's set to Off, you won't be able to turn off Airplane mode. Set the wireless switch to On and the option to turn off Airplane mode should be available.

i have the exact problem as ts, done all still can't fix
end up send back to revert back to original state (my lappy can't even reset)
windows 10 is the culprit

probably you need to revert back to windows 7 or 8 to solve the problem

try factory reset, if still fail, you may need to call your service center

Because i bought the laptop with dos so i think windows problem is not direct responsibility for them unless hardware defects?

it COULD be windows 10's problem, there are many hardware that's not 100% compatible with the new os.
even if you managed to re-install the drivers, windows 10 will scan them one by one and re-delete these drivers.
unless you manage to find a windows 10 latest driver for the hardware, chances are you will face the problem of failed hardware using windows 10
