hi bro, since you are compiling milk for frothing. here's my input though they are not exactly apple-to-apple comparison

Farm Fresh (Pure Fresh Milk)
Experience: > 300 L
Price: Low to Low-Mid
Result: Consistently good
Taste: Mid Sweet (depending to temperature, of course. mine is always around 60°C).
Ease to Prepare (including latte art): Easy
Stable Texture: Good (after 30 mins)
Problem: I am avoiding 2L bottle because the aluminium foil seal sucks (can see different color label). Some get hardened milk the next day of use, sour, and overly bubbled. I switched to other because of this problem (< 5%) but eventually came back to this brand with 1L pack.

other experiences...

Yarra Full Cream Milk
Experience: < 10 L
Price: Low - Low Mid
Result: Quite good
Taste: Mid Sweet, slightly less than Farm Fresh.
Ease to Prepare (including latte art): Mid to Hard, well it's full cream milk
Stable Texture: Fair (as i don't have enough experience to tell how long)
Problem: Haven't experienced any

Tesco Low Fat Fresh Milk (hard to get
Experience: < 10 L
Price: Low (est?)
Result: So-so
Taste: Not sweet, slightly less than Farm Fresh.
Ease to Prepare (including latte art): Mid to Hard
Stable Texture: Fair (as i don't have enough experience to tell how long)
Problem: Haven't experienced any

Goodday Fresh Milk
Experience: < 10 L
Price: Mid - High
Result: OK
Taste: Normal to me, but my girl doesn't like it
Ease to Prepare (including latte art): Mid
Stable Texture: Fair (as i don't have enough experience to tell how long)
Problem: Haven't experienced any

Also tried:
- Farmhouse but the price is rather high (almost RM 10 / L) and doesn't make economical sense to to consume on regular basis.
- F&N Magnolia Barista Milk (price can't remember now about RM 6 / L +/-) taste unnatural, feel synthetic, insipid and not so mellow

Which beans from SOL?

I tried EL Savador from SOL. Decent beans but not strong enough for me.

Has anyone tried making espresso with cold milk?
*
Try cappuccino freddo.
Some ice cube in glass, pour 1-2 shots espresso.
Froth cold milk with either hand held frother or French press maker. Then pour into the glass and enjoy it.
