Ok, it is possible that he might say no out of shyness. That u have to get in touch with ur sixth-sense. If that's the case, ask him again afta 1-2 wks. If he says no again, he's just probably not worth ur love as he is not even dare to tell u he likes u or he might just not be ready then...
