Hi TS, want to ask if its possible to do renovations in kitchen, living room and one bed room within RM30k?

Not looking to do anything major, and my condo is still under construction but just asking for advice if its possible within this budget

yes sure no problem , but other then built in cabinet ,
you have to do calculation for those appliances , loose furniture sofa , bed , aircon , lighting around 25k.

Any recommendation ? My existing house, after few years.. some have gap in between, kind of blaming the Contractor did not use glue to seal the joint during the installation.

normally no glue the joint , the best solution is dismantle flooring and install wood texture tiles then can last longer .
