if do cement tiles why put carcase inside ?

my previous customer do this way because worried under cement table top powder fall down
built the carcase under table top
if your concern is cannot mop heavily
built cement top base cabinet built frame and door enuf

ya can fit king size & 8ft wardrobe , normally don suggest hack the room because less 1 room and maybe this room reserve for storeroom !
and your house include master room 4 room do you think enuf for your family ?

some of the cabinet maker direct put quartz stone on top only 15mm look contemporary

living hall it depend the size of the tv console .
but it just for roughly calculate for those intend to buy house but have to know the renovation cost.
because nowadays renovation house really cincai buat also few 10k .
for example our parent generation
house around 80k landed house , buat kitchen cabinet cost 6k
now
house around 450k condo/landed , buat kitchen cabinet cost 12k
the different between both ofcourse parent generation more cash to renovate .

if you off the light inside look plain won’t look messy different colour ,
Ppl named it magic glass / grey glass

1st have to do the planning work/design , like how many socket have to add or lighting ,
prefer which type of plaster ceiling , what type of downlight
more easy for contractor or designer quote the quotation.
done all the wet work/installation above , then install built in cabinet
but built in cabinet need some lighting decoration position ,
this have to do before installation cabinet

-start wet work , ceiling , wiring , plumber relocation ,painting
-built in cabinet
-defect checking
-ready to move in
