Hi,
may I ask what "super cheap" windows tablets that give great value?

Some fellow students of mine asked me, but I really cannot recommend any as I'm not too well versed in this.

I'm looking at HP Stream 7, but I'm not even sure if its in Malaysia, and last I heard there exists proper tablets that run both windows and android around RM300 with 2/4GB RAM and respectable HDD size?

Any advices?

rm300 is too low, unlikely to get a win10 tab.

rm1000 can get you something decent.

You can suggest them Joi tablets (www.joi.com.my). Let me know if he/she is interested. I can cut her some student pricing to reduce the burden.
