 How to adjust a pickup?, .....

since we r in 'adjusting pickup' thread, i wanna ask sumthing.

my strat copy pickup r a bit weird. got 3 pickup and got 5 pickup selector right? thats normal. whats weird is, when i select the lowest ,mid and highest pickup selection, it produce the bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound. whats this? and how can i fix it?

oh shiat. so thats the famous hums and buzz eh. hmmm.. gonna try this one.

'flip the polarity of the center pickups on Strat-style guitars so the two combination settings of the 5 way switch (neck + middle & middle + bridge) become very effective humbucking positions.'

which means, i just need to swap the wires of the center pickup, right?

tried before, didnt work. since both my amp and guitar r cheap ones, didnt think that it would make any feedback. maybe dist pedal do the job. rolleyes.gif
