Try not using the Unifi for others and test playback only for Netflix.
I am using Apple TV 4K and Apple TV 4K so far is the best device for Netflix, it is clear all time and I am only using DiGi Infinite package.
But you cannot know what resolution you are getting as Apple TV 4K cannot see the info.
I did tried on both cable & 5Ghz WiFi while disconnect other devices, but sadly the result is identical.
I see, Im thinking to invest into Apple TV4k, but wonder would IT make any differences compared to TV native apps?
Btw my TV is Sony x900h.

1. after few moment skip back to start.. then after few sec... forward back to last watch part
2. exit Netflix (not via back button) .. completely exit Netflix apps
3. after method 1 & 2 still not getting max resolution.. restart unifi router/modem.. since some ip have different route/loading Netflix time (my personal view)
I did restart my tv and modem, but the result is still the same.
Probably gonna try your method 1&2 before i spent further on external devices.
