stringfellow is right. newbies need to learn to use the "search" button, or else, why the need for it?? LYN is kinda lax on these types of forum rules and etiquettes. (maybe it's the malaysian mentality).

i've seen other forums really enforcing the law and punishing ppl for not searching the forum b4 posting a n00b question. it makes the forums look neat and tidy, plus it makes it easier for newbies to search since most of the answers are concentrated in only a couple of threads, instead of the 8,546,123 threads we see in here polling or asking the same question. this is a community forum, not your personal wikipedia.
