Is there any one try before ? to bypass the air-cond heater coolant hose (permanent disable it) , since heater is useless in malaysia !! |

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Mar 29 2016, 12:01 AM) maybe got if you're going track, as you'll be circulating hot air without the air cond on, and then you'll eventually fog up your windows with the inside being too hot and outside cold (since high speed air flow) Foged windows, ..... climate control, is not major concern here, myself experience before this stuff it might giving you trouble in the future. My experienced case is (not in inspira) this unit has solenoid control the coolant flow, as our place in malaysia may not turn on so offen thus related parts get trouble like heater core getting rusty....block, rubber hose get harded, rubber clip and solenoid failure causing the coolant leaking. Just imaging if you cruising on highway 200km/h suddently the solenoid valve open and the rubber hose / heater core get leaking.... i'm going to guess the stagnated coolant still manage to heat up and your blower fan is further circulating it lol That, or the engine bay/exhaust is just damn friggin hot that you're just barbecuing yourself regardless of the coolant bypass or not lol other than that... no benefit i guess lol. |

QUOTE(kancs3118 @ May 2 2016, 11:06 PM) Hi guys - need your help urgently - looking to buy Inspira 1.8M (Executive). Just got mine one not more then a month use for daily travel, so far no major issue, (not sure in futre Currently, there is a massive discount for Inspira 1.8M (Executive) 2015 models - which come with 3 years warranty priced at about RM62K. However, in www.carlist.my, there is another Inspira 1.8M (2010 model Executive) - - albeit 2nd hand - priced at about RM40K. http://www.carlist.my/used-cars/2676582/20...anual-spec.html A few questions??? (1): Which one is more worth it? Inspira 2015 vs. 2010? Price delta is about RM20K. Before you guys shoot me down, i was informed that Inspira 2010 has about 27% local content whilst the Inspira 2015 has more than 60% local content. Which one is more worth it? Not to forget Inspira 2015 comes with a 3 years warranty. But 60% local content makes me feel worried. (2): What is the maintenance costs for Inspira (on average)? all the while - i just drive an old Wira - maintenance cost is not more than RM1K per year. However, this car is already damn old - more than 20 years (Wira 1995 - carburettor) and selling price is just RM2K. (3): Purpose of this car - is just to drive to work and come back home and probably outstation trip once in a blue moon. Not used for Ah Beng vroom vroom - i am just looking for a reliable ride which can easily last for 10 years plus. Hence, maybe Inspira is just an overkill? Should i hunt for Waja CPS Manual 2008 second hand? Selling for RM20K? Please don't suggest Vios or City because first - these are expensive and second - i am 6 feet tall and very well build. Hence, it is kind of pathetic having to squeeze into a Vios/ City. By the way - Jetta is having a promotion at RM88,888 - but dare not touch it due to DSG and Gearbox issue. |

[attachmentid=6853897] This is passenger door/fender with the panel. [attachmentid=6853909] this is driver door/fender without the panel. [attachmentid=6853912] going to install later. |
