Anyone replaced suspension bushing to PU material bushing before? Just wonder will it help to improve the noise..my car become very noisy when over uneven road after changing to R3 spring...any suggestion?

hey guys, my car has reached 40k and plan change the cvt oil, any idea where can i get the mit J1 cvt oil in Penang? Beside, does changing the k&n drop in filter does make the performance improve? If yes, considering changing it as well, anyone here made the change mind to advice?
