What Sharp machine that can get rid of Dust Mites ?

You can use steamer garment to get rid it. But not all the type can use. Those certified to kill dust mites steamer. I m using the princess brand.

Very effective. I can easily get rash and itchy if there is dust mite. Cause I don't wear shirt at home.

Before put in bed sheet, use the steamer on the bed or furniture.

Steam produce 100+c temperature. That definitely kill any germ and mite or whatever.

But normal garment steamer are not strong enough to shot the steam deep inside. So you need to get the certified 1.

The problem is your bed and furniture which is too big to be taken out for sun.

Another method is humid. Dust mites can be kill if humid lower than 40-50.

Take to sell service laundry. After wash, put in dryer to kill it.

Don't tell me you want to sprinkle this white powder on your bed. Or your sofa.

I don't want wake up my body full of white powder.

And I wonder I will have sex powder on bed with my Wife. 😄

I have this Good night brought from ACE beside the steamer.

But not frequent use and only use on sofa. Cause it is chemical, I don't want spray on the mattress. I will inhale it 8hr everyday.

So for mattress, I still prefer steamer.

But not all steamer is certified dust mite.

Wash with 60c mostly can kill the dust mite.

But vacuum is not 100%. Flat surface and surface is ok for vacuum. But for those sewing seam area ( a line along which two pieces of fabric are sewn together) and inner layer will have difficult to vacuum penetrate.

And the bed wood joint or hole. Thick pillow, fabric sofa, All this have a hard time for the vacuum to suck deep.

So far I test with vacuum, chemical spray and steamer, only the steamer is the most effective. With the over 100c hot and penetrate deep into fabric, it 100% kill the dust mite.

For sofa, I change to leather. Which is easy to clean kill the dust mite compare fabric.

Chemical is the last thing I would use.

You don't know what will your skin and respiratory will react to the chemical.

Not just the temperature. But the steam pressure.

Garment is a thin fabric. You don't need high pressure to push the steam out. So most of the garment steamer are not certified for dust mite. You can tell by the steam out from the nozzle. But don't use your hand. It can burn your skin.

Steamer certified dust mite require higher pressure and temperature to push the steam out further. So it can penetrate further in. Instead just the surface. Those steamer normally have a higher watt and pressure bar. 1200w - 1800w and pressure bar of 1.5 or 2(if not mistaken).

A good steamer usually won't have water droplet. I use before those cheapo handheld steamer from china. Water droplet no control. I throw it away.

I only steam it when change bed sheet. After steam, leave it there. Later at night only put on the bed sheet. For sofa cushion, you can steam it and immediately sit on it. You can vacuum 1st and steam it later for better result. But I m lazy. So steam it is enough. I steam anything that suspect the dust mite hide. Wood, fabric, leather etc.

Steamer not just kill dust mite. It kill anything when go through the crazy hot steam nozzle. That is what I like better than vacuum.

Ya, vacuum and steam will be very clean.

Cause lazy, just steam and leave it. Vacuum only once a while.

Damn now my steamer is spoil already. And this model no more in the market. Dust mite certified steamer are very rare in here. Only able to found 1 model and no more produce anymore. Got to get it fast before sold out in the market.

My pillow is a memory foam material. Been steam for don't no how many thousand time.
