Grilling and smoking very different.
I enjoy smoking got a smoking it smoker and I use either oak, peach, bourbon barrel (oak) or apple. Done pull pork, turkey, salmon, beef brisket and ribs. Ribs just 6hrs using the 3-2-1 method
