How gd if there r many bear in market creating the rental for owners.

Buy non after 2 yrs but pretending to lecture the buyers like a pro aisiman aka fun minizer. Jelly he must be.

Nothin has changed for the bear apart fr being dumped by loyar gf mainly bcos repoman is not a loyar I suppose.

虽然在雪州房屋及产业局的信件中没有提及新的服务式公寓,SOHO 和SOVO 的发展指南会在哪方面进行修改,然而根据观察,推测州政府将会规定发展商在开发服务式公寓的同时,必须一并开发中价房产,强迫发展商履行社会责任。
根据过往建造服务式公寓,SOHO 或SOVO的发展指南,开发类似产业的发展商能够避过建造中价房产,这是因为类似项目建立在商业用途的土地上,而发展商必须建造中价房屋履行社会责任的条例只用在住宅房产项目上 (发展土地的用途是住宅用途)。换言之,将住宅用途的公寓建在商业用地上的服务式公寓则能够避过建造中价房产的发展条例,发展商无需建造赚幅不大的中价房屋。
因此,预计以上的推论是此次的修改指南的主要靠量,即规定发展商必须建造中价房产,提供市场需求。

The above is about the freeze order on serviced apartments / SOHO /SOVO in Selangor state as shared in earlier post #1292.  Based on the author, seems that the intention of the ruling is to "force" the developers of these residential developments on the commercial-titled land to build affordable housing through issuance of the new planning guideline later.

My guess. Ah bear loan got rejected. Maybe not by 1 bank. Could b 2 or 3 banks rejected the application. So bear vely sad n a bit kisiao now.

Just hope no headline bout done NE jumping down 14th flr around Klcc.
