1) Keyboard is NOT THE SAME as piano. No such thing as a Electronic Keyboard piano. There's eletronic keyboard, digital piano and piano. Depends on your budget. If you really want to learn piano, minimum must go for a digital piano. Reason is digital piano will simulate the weight and analog feel of a real piano. Normal electronic Keyboard is just light plastic.
I think it can be anywhere from RM2k and above.
You can check garage sales and go for 2nd hand, might find a good bargain there.
