1. Preferred Brand - Any as long as it is reliable (I kinda like MSI though)
2. Budget - Around RM5K
3. Usage - Heavy gaming, video editing/rendering. Since I'm also gonna use it for work, I prefer the laptop to look "normal". As in not gaming looking one. Need to be inconspicuous
4. Preferred laptop/screen size - 15"

Need new laptop as my current one is breaking down day by day. Thanks

Hello sifus. Please recommend me a new laptop.

Preferred Brand - Any
Budget - RM 1800
Usage - Mainly Photoshop and Illustrator works and daily usage. No gaming
Preferred laptop/screen size - 14" and below
Personal preferences - The lighter it is, the better. SSD is a must (Can be bought separately if no option available). 8GB RAM. No OS is better. No gaming looking one

If possible, recommend me more than 1 option. I would like to consider them all. Thank you very much smile.gif

with that budget it's not possible to get a laptop with ssd and 8gb ram unless you upgrade separately the ssd and ram

this one comes with ssd but the processor are weak to use for Photoshop and Illustrator works and im not sure whether this one can upgrade the ram to 8gb or not
Lenovo Ideapad 100S Intel Celeron N3050, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 128GB SSD, 14" HD, 1.5KG RM1.4k

or consider this one got a little bit nice processor than lenovo 100s, just bought ssd separately and upgrade the ram you are good to go
Asus X455LJ Intel i3-5010U, 4GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia GT 920M 1GB, 500GB SATA HDD, 14" HD, 2.1KG RM1.6k

Thank you very much for the recommendations. I will consider the Asus X455LJ icon_rolleyes.gif
Mind me asking where you get the prices?
