hello guys, im looking for a reliable, cheap laptop for my brother specifically for work (school works)

1. Preferred Brand: Anything but Apple. Asus and Acer come to mind when I think of slim lappies. But do suggest more.
2. Budget: RM600-1k
3. Usage: Web browsing, presentations, word, light gaming (Yahoo gaming that sort)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 11-14"
5. Other preferences: -none- basic work laptop. so they cant play games hahahahahaha
