Looking for a laptop. Any recommendation?

1. Preferred Brand: any brand
2. Budget: <3K
3. Usage: Work, MS office ,basic use for photo editing/video, minor games.
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14" or 15"
5. Other preference:
a. easy to carry, not so weight for women
b. processor intel/graphic nvidia
c. any shop within northern region/penang-kedah

need recommendation.. between Asus K501ub and Acer aspire V15 nitro i5-6200u spec with is more prefer..or any model are welcome to.. i want laptop that can use for a hold long term reliability 3year or more,easy to maintenance. (clean fan dust). currently use acer aspire 4740g.. from 2010.still serve strong.. just looking for new laptop
