QUOTE(J-Slade @ Jan 26 2007, 12:14 AM) To be frank with you, cFosSpeed works well even with default settings. Of course, the one thing I would advice you to do is, 1) Uncheck "Strict RTP Checks" 2) Place softwares that you need the most out of your bandwidth to the highest priority. By default, all p2p software runs at minimum priority but if you're not doing anything (not even surfing the web) it will auto set to the highest. BUT if you wanna run your torrent or p2p WHILE surfing the web, the set those softwares to a higher priority or even highest. But don't blame me if ur web browsing started snailing after that, cos bandwidth is still bandwidth. You download more, you surf less.. makes sense right? 3) Use the appropriate "Favour Bandwidth" or "Favour Ping Time". - Bandwidth for downloading - Ping Time for online gaming Thats all I know for now, it still works great for me. Of course, I'm using an original license Tai Kor Slade, After installed ..i felt my line was getting better.. but i dono why these 2 days lag like h*ll... is that streamyx problem ..or ...should i calibrate line like other forumers mentioned? thanks 4 ur help! |

QUOTE(Joseph Hahn @ Apr 21 2007, 01:58 AM) I'm on Vista using 3.23.1270 with no problem so far. Just installed it for a couple of hours actually. I chose calibrate line, it says it could take days to calibrate depends on my usage. I thought there's still bugs for Vista?so how do u find? Are u using trial version ?? I thought 3.22 would be the latest version lo ??? This post has been edited by haobeck: Apr 21 2007, 07:48 PM |

QUOTE(intune @ Apr 23 2007, 09:28 PM) Been installing CFosspeed v3.22.1254 .. since using i notice i get ..no page error. when trying to access sites..but after refresh using F5..sites load up.. also notice this when doing multi tab in FF. I think u can go to device manager ..so i uninstalled..delete all *.ini files. After reboot i notice still get no page error. Does Cfosspeed effect my wireless card driver? Does anyone knows what does Cfosspeed change in XP beside internet setting..does it make changes to certain drivers too? How do i revert back to default.. and click the driver details ... there is a rollback driver button for u to click.. wish this could help u ! |
