I'm downloading torrent using Bitcomet, at first, the speed is (which I consider normal) 3kB/s, 3 minutes after that, it reached 20kB/s (absolutely terrified at that moment), and then I turned off my monitor. About 5 minutes later, I switched on my monitor and shocked, 140kB/s, for TORRENT??!!!
