will this app improve surfing for ppl that conact to the internet using wireless router ?

well i installed the app .. but i don't think it's working properly ..

i can't see my ping on the little window and seems when i switch on favor ping mode the green arrow keep blinking from yellow to green .. plus i don't have any tx/rx arrow ..

this is the first app i come across who let me select 1337 in language option h4x0r

for me the app doesn't work if i'm behind a router .. it only work when i'm connected directly from my modem .. any one have this kinda problem ?
