cFosSpeed doesnt work well with wireless broadband like celcom 3G or iZZi Broadband.

tested and it slowed down our connection badly.

Works good with land lines tho.

Finally seen one who is willing to pay for a legal license of this software. Here's a tip for you: buying cFosSpeed through their China website is cheaper than buying through the English website.

I am using streamyx 1Mbps line.

Honestly, this programme does not seem to work on my computer. Web browsing is still impossible sometimes when I activate my torrent client, even with minimal speed at 1Kbps.

Been using this for 4 days now.

I think it probably is your torrent client cause the problem, try it without torrent client...

It would be pointless then, the main point of getting this programme is to distribute bandwidth so as to not 'choke' the traffic, however it has failed on my computer. Weird enough.

I'm using Utorrent btw. biggrin.gif

Yeah, it is a common problem. I was hoping that this programme would solve the problem but unfortunately it's not happening on my computer lol.

I'm taking my words back blush.gif

Right after me complaining about this programme not working here, I decided to reinstall it.

After a few days, this thing works like a charm! drool.gif

I am able to torrent at any speeds and still browse with ease, but not hosting games with ease lol.

Although the torrent speed will go lower by JUST A BIT while I'm browsing, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who are always torrent-ing. thumbup.gif

More packets interceptions = more delay.
This kind of programs will never work.

hmm..got any proof to back up yr statement?
I been using this apps for couple of year. It greatly improve the surfing experience while torrenting. It act like QoS (Quality of Service) in some router, prioritise what connection set among Very High, high, medium, low, bulk.

Those who assume it will speed up your connection will be dissapoint because it WONT increase your internet connection. Dont expect this apps will increase yr bandwidth. It just priotize type of connection...nothing more nothing less.
