2nd ATI for games,Nvidia for professional work more.
3rd You can get a Higher card in ATI with lower price more then Nvidia.
4th It's hard to decide
currently I'm using Nvidia but I'm ATI fans because am a gamer. I'm using this Nvidia for editing,etc for school course too
