i have been thinking to buy a treadmill for a while now...
reason is becoz i dunwan to run under the hot weather or haze...
and also for convenient sake..

Yes, for convenience. But I notice my weight loss is better when jogging outside, if compared to threadmilling in an air-conditioned room haha.

treadmill is convenient - you can jog anytime irregardless of weather condition or day/night - and definitely safer than jogging outside - and friendlier to your knee too!

hm.. will use it for awhile.. then later you will find dusk on the treadmill... better sign up gym centre. you will have more motivated

Run on the road. Go to a park where there are lots of trees, I'm sure it isn't hot there. You'll enjoy your run more outdoors.
If convenience, I recommend rowing machine instead. It saves your knees and works your arms too. |
