 Worth to buy a, treadmill ?

i have been thinking to buy a treadmill for a while now...
reason is becoz i dunwan to run under the hot weather or haze...
and also for convenient sake..

Yes, for convenience. But I notice my weight loss is better when jogging outside, if compared to threadmilling in an air-conditioned room haha.

buy it and put infront TV or Radio thumbup.gif can jog anytime, plenty of time.

treadmill is convenient - you can jog anytime irregardless of weather condition or day/night - and definitely safer than jogging outside - and friendlier to your knee too!

Your other option is Exercise Bike...it has lesser impact to your knee

i think buying a treadmill is still better choice than buying a new HD tv..

Nope. But I suggest sign up for a gym. Can buy those existing membership like celebrity fitness from the transfer section.

Treadmill if buy cheap one is lousy, expensive one is expensive. Why not go for gym like CF, 170/month, you can use everything and even those classes with guidance. Moreover, treadmill has not much resale value.

hm.. will use it for awhile.. then later you will find dusk on the treadmill... better sign up gym centre. you will have more motivated

Run on the road. Go to a park where there are lots of trees, I'm sure it isn't hot there. You'll enjoy your run more outdoors.

If convenience, I recommend rowing machine instead. It saves your knees and works your arms too.
