Last night i went to Giant to buy a charger for my double AA Nimh battery. In my mind before that, the price of the charger will be less than rm40.
But what i found out really make me shock, some charger is RM1++ and the cheapest one is Rm70++.
Then i decide to go to other shops at different shopping complex and the price is moreless same with Giant. Is this the market price for it now or is it that it has been a long time ago that i found out somewhere else that battery charger price is less than RM40??
btw i don't buy it yet as i think that price too high. How about the price in KL? Anyone?

what the brand of the charger??

maybe its depends on the brand also... i think if the price as u stated..rm40++.. maybe the brand is not a good one..

i have bought a Sony brand from a shop in one shopping complex in KL that cost rm70++, but after a few days i found one shop just offer aorund rm50++ for the same brand and model but in diferent shopping mall...

fuhh... its really hard to find a good stuff with a cheap price in KL unless there's our fren working at there and get a cheap/discount 'giler' the price...

It depends on the brand of the charger. Normally if you buy charger alone, it will be more expensive than you buy charger + battery

Okey this is what i found out:
In Giant: Energizer charger with 2 batteries = RM 75 something
Energizer charger with 4 batteries = RM 130+
In Shop at Kuantan Parade: Hyundai charger with 4 battery = RM 80+
Sony with 4 battery = RM 90+

For now i'm thinking of buying that Sony charger with 4 battery at least my battery now is from Sony, perhaps it will be better if i use charger also from Sony. i'm really looking to buy charger only but maybe now they are not selling charger separately anymore.

im using Sony brand... normally in many shops in KL the price is as u quote above, but i had found a shop selling price at rm60++ only, but i forgot where the place, bcoz its about 4/5 months ago...

Is the shop around Lowyat or Imbi? If there, i can ask my friend to buy it for me. Else i have to buy it here la since i am at kuantan.

sorry i cant remember that. im normally just enter and jump one shop to another shop when i do a window shopping, but when i wanna search back the previous shops i had visited, i forgot which area and which shop that offer the best price... ( i meant for a couple of months.. )

how expensive the rechargeable batt is depend on the mAH value, the biggest the number, the highest the price...

usually the usage of cheapo version have some disadvantage like take a long time to charge, cant last long as stated in paper, and shorter life time...
