Hi bro. Im kinda like you. I dont get stressed at work but when i get home.. life at home is more stressful than being pushed at work.. which is kinda sad. But what i did was sign up for a gym membership. That was anything i can go to the gym work out bath and sauna which will take up like 2 hours of my time. Less hours at home and at least im doing something with the time. 2 hours at the gym is much better than sitting at the mamak for 2hoyrs everday. You should give it a try

One of the worst thing can happen to anyone is have family issues that causes stress at home. Home should be a comfort place to be away from all those hectic moment.

Had one when I was young and am very determine not to let it happen when I hv my own family and Thanks God we are doing good.

For those still trapped in those situation, be patience and work towards getting it better.

I am sure one day, it will come to passed.
